 We encourage you to use the eye doctor of your choice. Most all accept your plan. Upon completion of your eye exam we will fit and dispense your  glasses. We have three locations to perform this service.

About Affordable Eyewear & Eastern Safety

Affordable Eyewear has a long and rich back ground when it comes to fitting industrial eyewear or safety glasses. We only use OSHA approved lenses and frames of the highest quality. The lenses are processed in our State of the Art Lab located Downtown Montgomery, Alabama. We offer on-site fitting and dispensing of your employees new safety glasses.

Affordable has 3 locations to meet the needs of all the small to large manufacturers in Central Alabama and the entire US. We have a package designed for you by Affordable Eyewear’s Safety Division.

We have a list of ophthalmologists and optometrists located here in Central Alabama that would be available for routine eye exams and refraction for new corrective lenses. We also have working relationships with these professionals to help with delivery of the best possible product - Safety Eyewear.

Most people have some plan and when applicable the employee pays the difference between our fees and what the plan pays the doctor, in some cases there is no out of pocket expense from the employee depending on the plan.

At Affordable Eyewear’s 3 locations you will always find someone waiting to provide service to your employees.
This saves time away from work because we have a location near you. There is doctor coverage at one of our locations every weekday. Our opticians are always waiting to fit and dispense along with making adjustments and repairs.

Affordable Eyewear will perform everything you need to acquire your new safety glasses. With your vision benefits you can be sure you and your family has the eyewear you need and always the most Affordable Price.

All three Locations of Affordable Eyewear accepts any vision plan or vision insurance. In some cases with our prices you may not need to pay anything for your exam or glasses. For the employee and his or her family members we offer a 25% discount off all our products, except contact lenses and our sale items. We will honor all coupons with some restrictions. This means if the Team Member or Dependent has a vision plan he or she can purchase anything they wish and Affordable will accept the assignment of benefits and the Team Member pays the difference between the vision plan and final cost including sales tax. (If Team Member does not have a plan, Affordable Eyewear will allow for a 30% discount off this purchase).
